Quick reference guide for the most commonly used reports in Cornerstone and what they can help you review.

Customer Recurring Audit

Use this report to:

  • Review list of customers (includes address & recurring data)
  • Review list of customers & sort on a user defined field (Sales Rep, Referred By)
  • Review list of master/feeder relationships
  • Review list of accounts filtered by recurring (active, pending, none)

Aging

Use this report to:

  • Review unpaid accounts by days past due

Invoice History

Use this report to:

  • Review accounts invoiced in a given time period (what did I bill out this month)
  • Review invoices paid & unpaid in a given time period

Cash Receipts

Use this report to:

  • Review receipts paid in a given time period
    • Can be filtered to review only write-offs, *local postings, CFI postings etc.
  • Review receipts for a specific set of related accounts

Recurring Research

Use this tool to:

  • Filter & review your recurring charges in numerous ways
    • Sort on billing method, service code, billing cycle, next date, last increase and more
  • Review accounts with NO RMR
  • Review accounts with Pending RMR
  • Tag & Apply Rate Increase to accounts

Pre-Billing Audit

Use this report to:

  • Review potential issues where an invoice may be skipped for the upcoming billing cycle

RMR Tracking/Attrition

Use this report to:

  • Review Gains and Losses for single month or several using attrition mode
  • Frequently used for due diligence when selling accounts
  • Includes: start & stop dates, Increases & decreases in continued RMR, closed accounts, new accounts
